In Amaroq Explorers we put a lot of effort so that orders are dispatched correctly and delivered as fast as possible. When you finalize your order, you will receive an email with all the order information, including the delivery address. If there are errors in the shipping address and the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Amaroq Explorers within approximately 10 working days. In such a case, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment. For these cases, the shipping will be charged again.
Once the product has been delivered to the shipping company in charge of the shipment, you will receive an identification number to track the product, as well as the customer service phone number of that company, to make any inquiries. Once the purchase order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the delivery address. The delivery of the merchandise will be agreed at the address provided by the User. If the User is not at the address at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second visit.
