Welcome to Amaroq Explorers Base Camp, our Base Camp. It is a house for tourist use, (HUTL-30991). Here we prepare our expeditions and adventures, take courses and dream of new projects. But it is also a special place where you can rest and recover after an intense day, a long journey, an exposed climb … or a hard week at the office.
Our Base Camp offers accommodation service in Tremp, capital of the Pallars Jussà region (Lleida). Located in a strategic enclave, between the Pre-Pyrenees (Montsec) and the Pyrenees, it offers us the possibility of being very close to an infinity of natural spaces where we can practice all kinds of outdoor activities, during the four seasons of the year.
Amaroq Explorers Base Camp is located on the ground floor of a fully restored and listed building of local interest (protected) with garden, Finnish sauna, spa and cold shower. It is a space for a small group (from 3 to 8 people) and very comfortable. We want you to feel at home, it is your refuge.
- A hall with wardrobe, with two shelves per person
- One Bedroom - Living Room with:
- - 6 beds ("private bunks") with their own light, plug, table and the complete bedding set.
- - sofa, table, television, fireplace
- - A bathroom (2 WC and 2 showers)
- - A 100% equipped kitchen - dining room. (Refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, barbecue and wood oven.
- - A room with a king size bed and its own bathroom.
- - Washer and dryer (ask us)
- Wooded garden with:
- - Finnish wood-burning sauna and cold shower
- - Spa
- - Outdoor dining area (Under roof)
- Free WIFI
- The kitchen is at your disposal, 24 hours a day.
- At Amaroq Explorers we are UIMLA and WGA qualified mountain and expedition guides.
- We offer our services to carry out activities in the area. We can also put you in contact with local active tourism and adventure agencies, with activities such as horse riding, rafting, mountain biking, etc.

High Season Rate: Applicable in
- The high season (TA) corresponds to long weekends and holidays, Easter, Christmas and from June 21 to September 21, both included.
- Check-out before 12:00 PM (Ask about the possibility of leaving later, usually there is no problem)
10% of the I.V.A. it is included in the rates.
Tourist tax not included. (€ 1,00 per day and person. Applicable a maximum of 6 days).

Reservations, cancellations and refund policy:
A reservation will be confirmed when we receive 40% of the price of the stay at the accommodation.
The remaining 60% must be paid at least 3 days before arrival.
Amaroq Explorers Base Camp will return 100% of the advance except in the following cases:
- 75% will be returned if the reservation is canceled between 30 and 15 days before the reserved date.
- 50% will be returned if canceled between 15 and 7 days of the booked date,
- 0% will be returned if canceled in the last week.
Life in the accommodation:
NOTE: The ground floor, where the house for tourist use is located, is rented to a single group.
